Version 10.1.1 fixes a minor regression in 10.1 where simulating certain keys (arrows and function keys) could trigger a matching Hot Key trigger.

Keyboard Maestro 10.x requires macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later, and has a Hardened Runtime and is Notarized, and is native for Intel 64 bit and Apple Silicon.
Keyboard Maestro is engineered by Stairways Software Pty Ltd and distributed by FastSpring. Keyboard Maestro is licensed on a per user basis, and an individual user can use it on up to five Macs.

Keyboard Maestro 10 is not available from the Mac App Store and probably never will be.
